Liz Onderstal serves as Director of Operations and Finance at The Gutzmann Company, bringing a strong background in banking, accounting, financial operations, and administrative management. Her experience in the financial services and grain industries has given her a well-rounded understanding of organization, process management, and the importance of accuracy and reliability in business operations.
Known for her attention to detail, organization, and ability to create efficient systems, Liz manages invoicing, payments, administrative functions, and operational support while helping ensure The Gutzmann Company continues to operate with consistency and integrity.
Jake Schuster is the Trade Operations Specialist at The Gutzmann Company, where he plays an important role in keeping grain transactions moving smoothly from purchase to sale.
Jake manages the day-to-day details of grain trade operations, including recording buying and selling activity, entering load information, and creating Bills of Lading for both trucks and rail cars. His attention to detail helps ensure that every load is accurately documented and the grain trading process stays organized and on track.
